Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE
WE ONLY PROVIDE EXCHANGE.

All exchanges will only be valid once per order only and with the same brand.

Goods can be Exchanged only for the Sizes eg. An L size shirt can be exchanged for M or any other size.

We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.

Our exchange policy is however subject to the following:

All items to be exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. saree must be packed in the original saree box).

if there is any major manufacturing defect in the item it should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. In case of exchange of a defective product, the customer will be provided with a replacement of the same item within 15 working days.

Incase we are unable to do so, Customer will be provided with a credit voucher of the same amount as that of the product received defective, which has to be utilized by the customer within 30 days from the date of receiving the credit voucher. 

Defective items need to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Customer needs to send an email to admin@befashionate.in with detailed pictures and videos highlighting the said defects. 

If you have paid for the order using bank account/credit card/debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 15 business days from the date of by BeFashionate, after the products clear the Q.C process.

If you have paid for the order using Cash on Delivery option, then the requisite amounts shall be refunded as BF Credits into your BeFashionate account within 5-10 business day from the date the Product has cleared the Q.C. Please note that in case of any refund to your bank account you shall need to comply with the Company’s Policy in this regard which shall be a conclusive undertaking at your end in all aspects. Please further note that you shall be completely responsible for providing correct bank details and the company shall not be responsible incase wrong information has been provided to it.
